We are not a model provider

This product makes a Google write-review URL and a text template. It does not run a chatbot at your customer. No model writes reviews. If a model is used later in this product, it will not be used to fabricate reviews.

Place ID lookup is not generative AI about people

Optional lookup of a Place ID (only if a Google key is configured) is a maps identifier lookup. It is not generative AI about a person. v1 works from a pasted Maps link or Place ID without that key.

We do not train

We do not use your shop profile, generate logs, or any later message as training data for a model. We do not store prompts from customers because we never chat with them.

EU AI Act

You are not deploying an AI that chats with the customer through us. If that Act applies to your shop for other tools you use, this kit is still a link-and-template product, not a customer-facing model.
